The map was developed using ESRI ArcGIS 10 software (www.esri.com/arcgis). The topographic base of the map was compiled with Natural Earth Free Vector and Raster Map Data (www.naturalearthdata.com), GSHHG version 2.3.7 (www.soest.hawaii.edu/pwessel/gshhg)³⁵, and the HydroSHEDS database (www.hydrosheds.org)^36,37.
