Relationship between the interaction scores and module linkage. Compounds at the start and end points (edge) and intermediate compounds (non-edges) were extracted from each module in the KEGG Module database. The number of interaction pairs with common compounds was determined, and the possibility of a common compound in each sore window was determined. If the score is >0.6, the edge compounds are significantly likely to be shared in the interaction gene pairs, which would possibly constitute greater module linkage.
