Samples consisted of 10 μg/mL protein concentration, 100 mM sodium phosphate, 1 mM EDTA, 5 mM DTT (pH 7.0), and various concentrations of GdnHCl at 18°C. Equilibration time was 24 h, except for γD_WT, which had an equilibration time of 192 h. All proteins excited at 295 nm and emission at 360 and 320 nm were calculated as a ratio.
