Fluorescent microscopy images show F-actin (green) and DAPI (blue) stains in hECs cultured for 24h on the scaffolds composed of PCL/PEG-NB 5k, and PCL/PEG-NB 10k. Results demonstrate cell attachment with two magnifications (A-D taken at 10X, and E-H taken at 40X). Scale bars = 50 μm.
