Sf9 insect cells were infected with recombinant baculovirus and fixed at 72 h after infection. Immunofluorescence was performed with each anti-gG monoclonal antibody and with goat anti-mouse IgG antibody conjugated to Alexa Fluor 594. Red fluorescence corresponds to the binding of monoclonal antibodies to recombinant gG. Uninfected Sf9 cells were used as negative controls. Scale bars: 50 μm. Image magnification: 400x.
