GAS5 up-regulation is involved in miR-146a-5p down-regulation both in vivo and in vitro models of ischemic stroke. RT-PCR assay for the expression of GAS5 (A) and miR-146a-5p (B) at each time point in mice subjected to 1 h MCAO and at 0 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, and 48 h of reperfusion (n = 3 per group).
