GAS5 regulate Notch1 expression by miR-146a-5p in OGD/R-induced BV2 microglia cells. (A,C,D) The mRNA and protein expression of Notch1 were decreased in OGD/R-induced BV2 microglia cells, and cell transfection of pcDNA3.1-GAS5 upregulated Notch1 expression in OGD/R-induced BV2 microglia cell line. However, miR-146a-5p mimic co-transfected into BV2 microglia cells reversed the effect of pcDNA3.1-GAS5 on Notch1 expression. (B,E,F) The mRNA and protein expression of Notch1 were decreased in BV2 microglia cells transfection of si-GAS5, but miR-146a-5p inhibitor co-transfected BV2 microglia cells reversed the Notch1 expression.
