The LTD values derived from wild-type and gp91phox−/− slices are not statistically different (p > 0.1 on a one-way ANOVA with Newman–Keuls multiple-comparison test), but they are different from the values obtained from gp91phox−/− slices treated with H2O2 (p < 0.01 on a one-way ANOVA with Newman–Keuls multiple-comparison test for both comparison).
