These genes are potential candidates of Wnt-regulated genes in oligodendroglial lineage cells. Genes marked in bold are components of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway or known Wnt target genes. APC was conditionally ablated in mice by tamoxifen injection at P6 and P7 (1 injection per day), and spinal cord tissue was harvested on P14. n = 4 in each group, p < 0.05 with false discovery rate correction. Only genes with a minimal upregulation of 1.3-fold in Olig2–CreERT2, Apcfl/fl mice are shown here.
