Imaging of supporting cell divisions in dnRAR larvae-regenerating neuromast. Cell division during regeneration only occurs in supporting cells not expressing dnRAR. Time-lapse of a neuromast during regeneration with nucleus of every cell shown in red (H2B-venus) and nucleus of dnRAR-expressing cells shown in yellow (H2B-venus and dnRAR-GFP). The membrane of a hair cell is also observed in red (mGFP). Arrowheads indicate the dividing nuclei, highlighting the nuclear condensation or chromosome segregation.
