All values are given as the mean ± SD. Ifast reflects the BK current and was fitted with a first-order Boltzmann function × driving force (Eq. 4), yielding voltages of half-maximum activation, Vh, and the slope factor k. Ifast,D, respective current density. None of the parameters differed significantly between the genotypes.
