Data are means ± SD of 10 rats, except for HFD/STZ group (n = 9) as based on the last measurement before study end. Bladder weight did not differ significantly between HFD/STZ and control animals (null hypothesis rejected). Note that some values differ from the last data point in Figure 1 because end-of-study measurement was not in the same week for all rats.
