Breast cancer patients have high calnexin expression and decreased SMAR1, MHC I expression. (g) Kaplan–Meier distant metastasis free survival analysis for calnexin gene in 1975 breast cancer patients. Higher expression levels of calnexin are correlated with poor survival (P = .0027).
