Tomatidine (10 μM, NF-κB inhibitor), SP600125 (5 μM, JNK inhibitor) or CY-09 (1 μM, NLRP3 inhibitor) was added to chondrocytes that were treated with 1 mM H₂O₂ for 1 h or not. The cell viability (A) and apoptosis rate (B) were tested after treatments with these inhibitors for 24 h. *P<0.05 vs. control group; ^#P<0.05 vs. the group that was treated with H₂O₂ alone.
