Serum IL-10 levels in wild-type control mice (IL-4Rα^−/lox), CD4⁺ T cell specific IL-4Rα deficient mice (Lck^creIL-4Rα^−/lox) and global IL-4Rα^−/− over the course of infection were determined by ELISA against Leishmania donovani soluble antigen.
