Effect of GAD541–554BC+APL9BC liposome with F4/80 Ab on the CTL.546.L clone activity. CTL.546.L clone cells were cocultured with GAD541–554BC with F4/80 Ab (50 μg/mL), APL9BC with F4/80 Ab (50 μg/mL or 100 μg/mL), or a combination of GAD541–554BC with F4/80 Ab (50 μg/mL) and APL9BC with F4/80 Ab (50, 100, or 200 μg/mL) pulsed J774 cells and evaluated for IFNγ release. One way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s multiple comparison test were used: n = 4, ***P ≤ 0.001. IFNγ release was normalized to untreated control.
