PKMYT1 is up-regulated and associated with prognosis in patients with ESCC. (A) The RT-qPCR results indicated that PKMYT1 is up-regulated in ESCC tumor tissues compared with normal tissues. (B) The IHC results indicated PKMYT1 was up-regulated in ESCC tumor tissues than normal adjacent tissues. (C) According to the scores and staining of IHC, IHC score (Left upper:0; Right upper:2; Left lower:8; Right lower:12), we divided these patients to two groups.
