Levels of intracellular ROS in resting MDMs (left panel) and in lipopolysaccharides (LPS)-activated MDMs (right panel). 7 days old MDMs were exposed to HBSS (control) or tulathromycin (0.5 mg/mL; TUL) for 1 hour and then left un-infected or infected with PRRSV (m.o.i. = 0.1; Virus and TUL+Virus) for 24 hours.
