Peptide digest maps for SufSper. Tandem MS/MS generated peptide coverage maps for (A) SufSper and (B) TCEP reduced SufSper. The coverage map for SufSper has no peptide corresponding to the active site Cys364; however, after reduction the peptide fragment containing Cys364 is detected. The red box highlights the location of C364.
