(d) MAB-hR3 kinetics analyzed using SPR (1 measurement depicted). Single-cycle kinetics were done using increasing concentrations of hIL-1R3 (0.111nM - 9nM). (e) The impact of the incorporated MAB-hR3 LALA mutation on binding to FcγRIIIa as measured by NFAT reporter gene activation in an ADCC luciferase Reporter Bioassay (Jurkat effector cells).
