Effect of administration of aqueous extract of Terminalia schimperiana root on male rat serum Alanine transaminase activity. Group A (control) was orally administered with 1 ml of the vehicle, groups B, C and D were orally administered with 1 ml of the extract (1000, 2000, 3000 mg/kg body weight) respectively once daily at 24 h interval for 21 days.
