ICG-PDT-conditioned medium enhances cell migration. (A) A gap was created at the center of a HaCaT cell sheet. The cells were incubated with ICG-PDT-conditioned medium collected from different ICG-PDT conditions (0, 2.5, 5, and 15 J/cm² with 100 μg/mL ICG). The gaps were monitored with a digital camera at different time points until one of the gaps was completely healed.
