The algorithm of the study design included 126 volunteers who gave written consents. Sixty‐four and 62 volunteers were randomly assigned to the control and the genotype‐guided groups, by using a block of 4 randomization. Each group received different loading and first 3 days of tacrolimus (TAC) doses. One patient in the control group was withdrawn from the study because of the TAC discontinuation.
