This table reports the r² and p-value of a linear regression of signaling readout (p-p65 or IκBa) and level of bound CD40L (data from Fig. 4). A scatter plot was made where each tonsil was plotted as separate data points (Supporting Information Fig. S5). The p-value indicates if the slope of the regression line is significantly different from zero.
