Drugs that affect Tg(per3:luc) luminescence circadian amplitude do not necessarily similarly affect locomotor activity circadian amplitude. Anti-inflammatory drug cyclosporin (A) and NF-κB inhibitor Ro 106-9920 (D) increase and decrease larval per3:luc luminescence amplitude, respectively.
