Histopathologic examination of biopsy lesions with hematoxylin–eosin staining. The tumor cells were diffusely distributed, densely packed, and rich in glial fibers. The tumor cells were of different sizes and abundant cytoplasm. The nuclei were round, oval and slender, with obvious atypia. The tumor tissues were rich in blood vessels without obvious tube wall proliferation, no necrosis area. a: The distribution of tumor cells was diffuse and the size of the tumor cells was different (HE × 100); b: The nuclei of the tumor cells were round, oval and slender, with obvious atypia (HE × 400)
