Optimization of p⁺ base and FSF regions of the 10 μm-thick inverted pyramid photonic crystal IBC solar cell with N_n0 = 2 × 10¹⁸ cm⁻³ and σ_n = 220 nm. With the contact geometry and other design parameters of Table 2, the choice of N_p0 = 4 × 10¹⁸ cm⁻³ and σ_p = 100 nm yields 30.75% conversion efficiency.
