GP-specific antibodies induce CML of VSV-GP. (A) VSV-GP(A549) was preincubated with monoclonal LCMV GP-specific antibody (Wen4) or an appropriate isotype control. Rabbits were vaccinated with VSV-GP, and at 10 days postimmunization sera were collected and heat inactivated (hiRS). (B) Virus was preincubated with nonimmune or GP-immune hiRS for 10 min. Serum sensitivity assays were conducted with NHS, hiNHS, or GMEM (w/o) in two independent experiments with two technical replicates. Mean values are shown, and error bars indicate the SD.
