mRNA expression of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines in the whole cerebella. There is a significant increase in pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α (A), IL-1β (B) in the endotoxin kits at PND1 and PND5 when compared to controls. The anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-10 (D) significantly increased only at PND1. There was no significant change in mRNA expression of IL-6 (C), IL-4 (E) and TGF-β1 (F). *p<0.05.
