Expression of ADAM15 isoforms affects the proliferation rate and motility of MDA-MB-231 cells. (a) ADAM15 isoform expressing cells were seeded in 96 well plates at 3 × 10³ density in triplicates. CellTiter 96 Aqueous One solution (Promega) was added at 24, 48, 72, and 96 h, and absorbance measured at 450 nm. Values for 24 h time point were standardised to 1.
