A 54-year-old man with history of esophageal cancer. Old tuberculosis lesions were seen at the apex of right lung (white arrow), and the FDG hypermetabolism anastomosis after esophageal cancer surgery (black arrow). 1 year later, the PET/CT follow-up showed that the volume of old tuberculosis increased, and the SUVmax increased from 1.6 to 4.0.
