Clinically significant cancers were those with a Gleason score of 7 or greater; clinically insignificant lesions were low-grade/Gleason 6 cancers, prostatitis, and lesions with a diagnosis of benign prostatic tissue at biopsy.
*Multivariable regression models were not tested for PI-RADS version 2 category 3 lesions because of the small numbers of category 3 cancers.
