miR-29a impaired cell metastasis and EMT of HeLa cells. (A) The miR-29a mimic inhibited the migratory capacity, whereas it was inhibited by the miR-29a inhibitor. (B) miR-29a regulated cell invasion in HeLa cells. (C) The miR-29a mimic suppressed the expression of E-cadherin while improved the expression of N-cadherin.
