miR-30a-3p induces apoptosis in A549 cells. (A) Cell apoptosis was detected by Annexin Ⅵ/propidium iodide combined labeling flow cytometry in A549 cells at 48 hrs after transfection with miR-30a-3p. Apoptotic evaluation was carried out by the percentage of the apoptotic cell number of the total cell number. (B) Expression of cell apoptosis-associated proteins in A549 cells 48 hrs after transfection of miR-30a-3p by Western blot analysis. Data are reported as mean ± SD (n=3). **P<0.1 versus NC group.
