miR-1271 suppressed cell viability and invasion in SKOV3 cells. (A) The expression of miR-1271 was lower in SKOV3 and CAOV3 cells than that in HET-1A cells. (B) The transfection efficiency of transfecting the miR-1271 mimic or the miR-1271 inhibitor was measured by RT-qPCR.
