Effects of the intracisternal infusion of VEGF-A164 antibody for seven days on mechanical allodynia in rats with trigeminal neuropathic pain. These infusions (250 or 500 ng/day) beginning on POD 1 increased the air-puff thresholds significantly compared with the vehicle-treated group.
