Bacillus SLP induces NF-κB-DNA binding in human retinal Muller cells. NF-κB-DNA binding in human retinal Muller cells (MIO-M1) treated with 10 μg/mL SlpA for 15, 30, 45, 60, and 120 minutes was quantified by ELISA. The percent of change in NF-κB-DNA binding for each time point relative to untreated control is presented.
