Effects of compounds on H₂O₂-induced apoptosis in a monocytic cell line. Effects of GSH, LD and GSH-LD on H₂O₂-induced apoptosis of U_U937 (A) and D_U937 (B). Cells were treated with different concentrations of compounds (1, 10 and 100 μM) for 1 h, and then exposed to H₂O₂ (500 μM) for 4 h. An Annexin V assay was used for apoptosis detection.
