Effects of compounds on H2O2-induced apoptosis in neuroblastoma cell line. Effects of GSH, LD and GSH-LD on H2O2-induced apoptosis on (A) USH-SY5Y and (B) DSH-SY5Y cells. Cells were treated with different concentrations of compounds (1, 10 and 100 μM) for 1 h, and then exposed to H2O2 (500 μM) for 4 h. An Annexin V assay was used for apoptosis detection.
