Fitting parameters of DENV C temperature denaturation CD data. Parameters were estimated by fitting Equation (21) (combined with Equations (20), (22), (24) and (28)) to the data. T_m is the experimentally observed melting temperature (represented by the vertical lines in Figure 6c). Estimations are average ± SE. There were no significant variations between the two pH values tested (p < 0.05).
