RT-qPCR gene validation in MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468 cells. MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468 cells were cultured without or with 0.5 µg/mL of atezolizumab for 24 h. The mRNA expression levels were determined by RT-qPCR in MDA-MB231 (A) and MDA-MB-468 cells (B). The relative gene expression was normalized to β-ACTIN.
