Mean (± SEM) organ (mg)/body (g) ratio of the whole brain, heart, kidney, liver, spleen or testicle in wildtype (WT) and APP/PS1 (Tg) mice with oral administration of agmatine sulfate at 0 (Agm-0) or 300 (Agm-300) mg/kg (n = 13–16/group). The organs were collected on day 105 (24 hours after the final dosing).
