(B) Stimulation of CD4+ T cells under Th17-differentiation conditions, activated phosphorylation of mTOR, Akt, S6K, STAT3 (705), and STAT3 (727) as detected by Western blotting and shown by the ratio of phosphorylated proteins to total proteins.
