Assessment of D₂R receptor dimerization with mu opioid receptor (MOR) using coimmunoprecipitation. HEK 293T cells were transiently transfected with pHA-D_2LR, pMOR-YFP, or both. After 48 h, the cells were lysed, and an aliquot of the lysates was subjected to SDS-PAGE followed by immunoblotting with anti-HA or anti-GFP. The rest of the lysates was subjected to immunoprecipitation (IP) with anti-HA. Coimmunoprecipitation of D_2LR and MOR was detected by immunoblotting with anti-GFP (A) and anti-HA (B).
