The chemical composition of HMWF 1 and LMWF 2. HMWF, a fucoidan with an average molecular weight (MW) of 300 kDa or more was separated from LMWF, a fucoidan with an average MW < 300 kDa, using an ultrafiltration membrane having a MW cut-off of 300 kDa.
