In the first-line treatment, PSA decline of more than 50% from the baseline is observed in 59.3% (54 of 92) for abiraterone and 67% (60 of 92) for enzalutamide, with no significant difference (Chi-square: p = 0.28). In the second-line treatment, PSA decline of more than 50% from the initiation of second-line treatment is significantly less observed in abiraterone as a second line (8.3%) compared with enzalutamide following abiraterone (26.7%) (Chi-square: p = 0.03).
