Effect of CBD on the expression of apoptosis-related proteins. (a) After 24 h of treatment with CBD, the protein expression levels of caspase-9, cleaved caspase-9, caspase-3, and cleaved caspase-3 in SGC-7901 cells were determined by western blotting. (b) Statistical analysis of protein relative levels of caspase-9, cleaved caspase-9, caspase-3, and cleaved caspase-3 in SGC-7901 cells treated with CBD. The ratio of protein levels was normalized according to the values of the control.
