SPR analysis of the interaction between the purified antibodies and ZIKV E domains. The purified ZIKV E domains were immobilized on CM5 chip and the purified sera were applied in dilution series (12.5–200 nM) using a single cycle mode. The background binding to the blank-immobilized flow cell was subtracted, and the experimental data were fitted in a 1:1 binding model. The experimental data are shown in red lines and the fitted data in black lines. Sensograms from one of two independent experiments are shown. The shown K_D values are mean values of the two independent experiments.
