Expression of AMPA and NMDA subunits and mGlu5 receptors was comparable in TMPs from control and Fmr1 KO mice. Western blots of TMPs from control (wt) and Fmr1 KO mice at P14 are shown. Proteins were obtained from forebrain (GluR1, GluR2/3, NR1, NR2A, NR2B, and mGlu5) and cerebellum (GluR4). Protein (40 μg) was loaded in each lane.
