B, Paired-pulse facilitation ratio (EPSC2/1) obtained from a subset of the LTP cells shown in A (n = 7). C, Neither the PKC inhibitor chelerythrine (10 μm; n = 7) nor the general kinase inhibitor H-7 (50 μm; n = 7) blocks LTP induction.
